Merle Gibson Merrill, 91, of Lipscomb passed away on April 10, 2017.

She was a member of South Highland Baptist Church for many years.

She is survived by her husband of 72 years, Calvin Merrill of Lipscomb; two sons, Harry (Edie) Merrill of Lineville, Douglas Merrill of Lipscomb; daughter, Lila (Joel) Hughes of McCalla; four grandsons, Scott Merrill of Atlanta, Ga, Steven (Karen) Merrill of Weaver, AL, Eric and Adam Hughes of McCalla; three great granddaughters, Chasity, Stacy and Ainsley Merrill of Weaver; one sister, Clarice Campbell of Marietta, GA; many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be private.
